Sleeps four. Hosts 20–40*:

• Commercial-grade, fully equipped kitchen w/ 12' marble bar

• Large event lawn with some outdoor seating

• 24 white folding chairs for indoor events or seminars

• Six 6' banquet tables for indoor use

• Seven 4' banquet tables for indoor use

• Place settings for 24

• 85" smart TV w/ surround sound in living room

• 85" smart TV w/ surround sound in event room for music, presentations, etc.

• No smoking and no pets

To host an event, you're required to select the event add-on during checkout. This includes a fee to account for additional wear-and-tear and cleaning.

 

*When hosting indoor events, extra guests are limited to 20. For events that primarily take place on the event lawn (such as weddings), the space can accommodate up to 40 guests.
